For over 35 years, ORWC has represented those who are engaged in the delivery of vocational and employment support programs that provide innovative training to assist individuals with significant barriers to make the transition to employment and community based alternatives.

ORWC has changed over the years, to adapt to the changing service needs. We now count amongst our members, agencies which provide a broad range of programs designed to enable people to participate as fully as they can within their communities.

ORWC is in the forefront in government relations, meeting regularly with government officials in regards to social services and health issues, and most recently, the changes to the ODSP and the Employment Supports program. ORWC keeps abreast of local concerns through a network of regional chapters across the Province.
