2.3 Officers of the Board

The officers of ORWC shall be:

  • Chairperson,

  • Vice-Chairperson,

  • Secretary,

  • Treasurer, and

  • Past Chairperson.

Chairperson

Term of Office

  • Two (2) years service to a maximum of three years.

  • Reviewed and elected annually.

Duties

  • The Chairperson of the Board shall be a signing officer of the Corporation.

  • When present, the Chairperson will preside at all meetings of Members of the Corporation and of the Board of Directors.

  • The Chairperson is charged with the general management and supervision of the affairs and operations of the Corporation.

  • The Chairperson of the Board, with another office elected by the Board for the purpose, shall sign all by-laws and documents of the Corporation.
