3.1.1 Signing Authority 

Deeds, transfers, licences, contracts and engagement on behalf of the Corporation shall be signed by either the Chairperson or Treasurer and by the Provincial Coordinator, and the Treasurer shall affix the seal of the Corporation to such instruments as require the same. The Provincial Coordinator will have sole signing privileges for amounts up to and including $1,000.00 (not including the Provincial Coordinator’s reimbursement).
