3.2.1 Executive Committee 

• The Executive Committee will be made up of the Officers of the Board, including the Chairperson, the Vice-Chairperson, the Secretary and the Treasurer. The Executive Committee will meet on behalf of the Board to do the business of the Board that is time sensitive when:
  
  

  • It has been specifically directed by the Board to meet, or
    
    
  • When a time sensitive decision is required, in the opinion of the Chairperson, and a quorum of the Board is not readily available.
    
    
• The Executive Committee can meet on a regular basis, for a specified length of time. The Committee will not consider its decisions final until the Board approves them, or unless authority for decision-making has been specifically delegated to the committee.
  
  
• The Executive Committee will support the Provincial Coordinator as needed. The Provincial Coordinator may attend the Executive Committee meetings, acting as a resource
