Personnel Committee
The
staff/personnel of ORWC will be engaged by a Personnel Committee made
up of elected Board members. The staff/personnel will be responsible to
the Board of Directors for the duties outlines to them in the contract
signed by them and the Chairperson of the Board on behalf of ORWC.
Members
-
To be solely responsible for the supervision of the procedure for
hiring new staff.

To review procedure annually.

To participate in the selection, hiring and termination of staff as
required.

To
be involved in the review of discipline and discharge.

To
conduct annual performance appraisals/contract renewals.

To
conduct salary reviews.
Meetings
As required to fulfill
the mandate of the Committee.
