4.1 General Executive Constraints 

• The Board of ORWC, as a whole, controls the organization and its staff by placing direct responsibility only on the Provincial Coordinator. The Board may delegate to Provincial Coordinator full power to manage and direct the business and affairs of the corporation except such business and affairs as must be transacted or performed by other officers, the board of directors, and/or the members.
  
  
• It is the responsibility of the Provincial Coordinator to take whatever action is required to fulfill the mission and mandate of the organization and ensure that these actions are prudent, legal and ethical in respect to the organizational values of openness, integrity, respect and a collaborative spirit.
