4.2 Communication and Support to the Board 

The Provincial Coordinator provides support to the Board by providing the information that it requires to make informed decisions in regards to the health and well-being of the organization.

The Provincial Coordinator must:

  • Submit information that is required to the Board in a timely, accurate, and understandable manner.

  • Make the Board aware of relevant trends or changes, or of any anticipated potentially negative events that are relevant to the organization.

  • Assist the Board with its policy development required to ensure that the health of the organization is maintained.

  • Ensure that the Board has an accurate picture of the financial status of the organization on a regular basis.

  • Provide a means for official Board, Officer or Committee communications.
