4.5 Media/Public Relations 

The primary spokespersons for the organization are the Chairperson and the Provincial Coordinator. The Chair normally handles matters relating to policy; the Provincial Coordinator normally handles operational matters. Only the Chair, the Provincial Coordinator, or persons specifically designated by one of them or by the Board, shall interact with the media regarding any matters pertaining to the policy or operations of Ontario Rehabilitation Work & Community.

Board Directors are strongly encouraged to express their views at Board meetings in a full and open debate, but once the Board has reached a decision the Board is expected to speak with one voice in any forum.
