5.1 Delegation to the Provincial Coordinator

Policy

• In accordance with the by-laws of Ontario Rehabilitation, Work and Community, the Board will establish the Mission, Goals and Policies governing the organization.
  
  
• The provincial Coordinator reports to the Board and is responsible for the ongoing operation of the organization and supervision of the staff it employs.

• The Provincial Coordinator, in consultation with the Board, shall establish guidelines, and operational policies and procedures for the effective operation of the business of the organization.
  
  
• From time to time, the Board may exercise its executive authority and operate independently of any consultation with the Provincial Coordinator.
