5.3 Monitoring the Executive Performance

Policy

  • The Provincial Coordinator shall report to the Board on ORWC activities, including financial statements, and proposed by-law reviews or changes to organization policies necessary for the ongoing, effective operation of the organization.he Provincial Coordinator reports to the Board of Directors.

Procedure

The Provincial Coordinator shall provide the Board with:

  • A progress report on the achievement of organizational goals.

  • A regular financial statement, which reflects the ongoing general financial situation of the organization.

  • An annual report of the organizations overall achievements and standing in the community along with audited financial statements.

The Personnel Committee of the Board will monitor and evaluate the performance of the Provincial Coordinator annually.
