Nutrition: The impact of proper nutrition on the physical and emotional well-being of adults with disabilities

This workshop is geared to the service workers and caregivers of people with developmental disabilities, living in group homes, independently, and with families.

This workshop focuses on the phenomenon of Anxiety (for individuals with Neurological Disorders and Autism Spectrum Disorders) and how it shapes difficult behaviour in both the workplace and in social situations - particularly transitions. This workshop is aimed at front line staff, educational assistants, parents, caregivers, mental health workers, and individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASDs).
